What do you get with a digital download?

Your Digital Download Includes:

1. Black & White Symbols PDF (For Printing)

2. Symbols on Color PDF (For Printing)

3. Full-Page Black & White Symbol PDF (Pattern Keeper & Markup R-XP.)

You will need Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader to view the pattern, you can find it for free download here:

Are your patterns beginner friendly?

Yes! All of my patterns are full crosses and are great for all experience levels!

Are your patterns compatible with Pattern Keeper/Markup R-XP?

Yes! All of my patterns have been tested on Pattern Keeper and Markup R-XP. A "FullPage" Black & White Symbol PDF is included with every digital download.

Do your patterns come with supplies?

No supplies or finished objects are included with a digital download purchase.

Do you sell PDFs for patterns from other designers?

I currently only sell PDFs of my own designs.

Ordering & Delivery

I don't live in the United States, can I still purchase from your website?

Right now, I’m only able to accept domestic orders through my website. But if you're looking for PDF patterns, you can find them in my Etsy shop!

I'll be happy to provide a shipping quote and send a PayPal invoice.

Do you offer wholesale purchasing?

I do! Please visit my Wholesale Page to fill out an application. Once approved, I’ll send you the password to log into the wholesale shop.

How long do I have to download my patterns?

You have 30 days to download your pattern.

What if I lose my digital pattern?

Can’t find your pattern? Don’t stress! Email me your order info and I’ll make sure you get it again.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Digital patterns are available for immediate download, so I’m not able to provide refunds - but I’m always here if you have questions or need help!

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there’s an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch - I’ll do my best to make it right as quickly as I can.

Copyright & Usage

Can I sell items made with your patterns?

Yes, you can sell what you make from my patterns! Just be sure to include written credit to me as the designer when listing or selling the item.

Can I share your patterns with others?

I kindly ask that you don’t share or redistribute my patterns - they’re for individual use and protected by copyright.

Can I give a digital pattern as a gift?

Yes! To gift a digital pattern, just enter the recipient’s email address at checkout and they’ll get the download link directly.
